Delivery:

  • For physical gift vouchers or products: After we confirm your payment, your voucher will be ready for pick-up or delivery within the next 24 hours.
  • For digital gift vouchers: If you’ve ordered a Healing Moments Massage & Acupuncture digital voucher and your payment has been processed online, we will promptly email the voucher to you.

We accept credit card payments (Master & Visa), Apple pay, debit card and HICAPS.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Redeemable at all store locations within 1 year from issue.
  2. Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
  3. Handle with care: Lost or damaged certificates won’t be replaced.
